  • Lärorikt!

    Äntligen en bok som faktist gör nytta. Här får man steg för steg lära sig hur man faktist ska gå ner i vikt. På rätt sätt utan några genvägar. Finns också recept som är otroligt lätta att följa. Har inte provat alla men de jag provat var goda och mättande. De andra verkar mycket goda dom också.
    Att den är på engelska är både en nackdel och fördel. Ibland har jag svårt med översättningen då jag stöter på ord jag inte känner till. Men fördelen är att jag lär mig mer engelska när jag kollar upp översättningen.
